Privacy Policy
Memphis HVAC Plus LLC ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through memphishvacplus.com, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
When you submit a quote request on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, ZIP code, and the service you're asking about. If you call, text, or email us directly, we have whatever information you share in that conversation. We also record whether you gave us permission to text you, and the date and time you gave it.
We do not use tracking cookies of our own. The Google review widget on this site (which shows our Google reviews) is provided by a third-party service, Trustindex, which may load its own scripts to display that content.
How we use your information
- To call or text you back about your quote request — we aim to respond within 15 minutes during business hours.
- To schedule and complete the service you requested.
- To keep basic records of past customers and jobs.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we never will.
Who we share it with
Quote requests submitted through this site are processed by Google (via a Google Sheets & Apps Script integration we use internally to track leads) and the site itself is hosted by Netlify. Neither service uses your information for anything beyond helping us run this website and respond to you.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the box on our quote form asking us to text you, we will send you text messages about your service request — appointment confirmations, technician arrival notices, estimates, invoices and receipts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving them, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete the information we have on file for you at any time by calling (901) 310-8309 or emailing info@memphishvacplus.com.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page. Check back here if you want the current version.
