Quotes & pricing

Submitting a quote request through this site does not book or confirm a job. A team member will call or text you back — typically within 15 minutes during business hours — to discuss your request. Any price we give you is confirmed and approved by you before work begins; we don't start work on a flat-rate job without your sign-off on the number.

Service area & availability

We serve Memphis, Germantown, Bartlett, Cordova, Collierville, TN and Southaven, MS. Regular hours are Monday–Friday 7am–10pm and Saturday–Sunday 9am–5pm, with 24/7 emergency service available outside those hours. Same-day availability depends on our schedule and isn't guaranteed for every request.

Licensing & insurance

Memphis HVAC Plus LLC is licensed and insured in Tennessee, and every technician is background-checked before being sent to a job.

Website use

This site is provided as-is, for the purpose of learning about our services and requesting a quote. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but occasionally something may be outdated or wrong — if you spot an error, we'd appreciate you letting us know.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by Tennessee law, Memphis HVAC Plus LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website. This doesn't affect the workmanship warranty on completed jobs, which is handled separately at the time of service.

Text message program

Memphis HVAC Plus LLC sends service-related text messages to customers who ask for them. Messages cover appointment confirmations and changes, technician arrival notices, estimates, invoices and payment receipts. Message frequency varies by job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help, or call (901) 310-8309. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
